Policy

Reservations:

• Hair and Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
  

• Reservations  must be held with a valid credit card or else we will not be able to schedule your appointment.
  

• All times stated are approximate. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  

  Check In:

• We suggest that you arrive 10 -15 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client a profile will be completed prior to your service.
  

  Late Arrivals:                                                                                          

• We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees. Understand that all late clients will receive a shorter service and will still incur the full charge.
  

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy:

• We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. However, this is not cheap and good people are hard to find. When you reserve time with us, we always guarantee your appointment and the full service length. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue.
  

• But, we're reasonable. We understand that things "come up." Therefore, we only charge 50% of the services that would have been rendered and only if we cannot find another client to fill your slot. However, if you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, a full fee (100% of the price for each service)  is charged to your credit card for missed appointments that are rescheduled or canceled less than 24 hours. 48 hours cancellation on two and more services.  This is why we require a credit card from you to guarantee your reservation.
  

   Merchandise returns or exchange :

• All Merchandise / product returns or exchange  within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented.
  

   Re-do or refundable for services:

• Strictly non refundable for any hair or spa service.
  

• Any re-do hair service must be within 7 days and does not include shampoo & style.
  

• Unique U Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any person. A therapist or associate may terminate services at any time for misconduct (inappropriate language or actions).
  

   Personal Item:                                                                                                  

• All customers are advised that Unique U Day Spa is not liable for any personal items lost, stolen or damaged. We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us.
  

   Cell Phones & Pagers:

• To guarantee a relaxing visit for all Unique U Day Spa guests, we ask that you please mute pagers and cell phones during your visit with us.
  

   Payment Options :

• We gladly accept Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for processing your payment and major credit cards for your Web site orders. We will not be able to accept money orders or checks.
  

  Gift Certificate/Gift Card Policy:

• Gift Certificates /Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable either for cash or credit charged.
  

• Gift Certificates /Gift Cards are available and must be presented at the time of service.
  

• Gift Certificates /Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
  

• Gift Certificates /Gift Cards do not include Gratuities.
  

• Gift Certificates/ Gift Cards  - No extensions will be offered on the expiration date .
  

• No-shows at a scheduled Package & Gift Certificate/Gift Card appointment will still be billed for the full amount for all scheduled services.
  

• Unique U reserves the right to reclaim Gift Certificates/Gift Card to cover all changes incurred.
  

• When redeeming Gift Certificates /Gift Card for any Spa Package, no substitution of services will be allowed.
  

• All Spa Packages must be redeemed on the same day of services.
  

• Spa Finder, Spa Wish or any Internet Gift Certificates/ Gift Cards may only be redeemed for Spa, Hair services or products. They may NOT be redeemed for Unique U Gift cards, Unique U Gift-certificates, Cash, Spa Packages. Internet Gift Certificates/ Gift Cards may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or coupons.
  

• No balance will remain on the Spa Finder ,Spa Wish or Internet Gift Certificates /Gift Card .
  

  Purchasing and Receiving Gift Certificate/Gift Card

• Gift Certificates /Gift Card are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  

• Gift Certificates /Gift Card can not be used to purchase gift certificates.
  

• Gift Certificates /Gift Card have no cash value.
  

• Gift Certificates /Gift Card are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed
  

(if paying by Credit Card )

• Unique U Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any Gift Certificates /Gift Card purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.
  

• Unique U Day Spa is not responsible for late delivery of Gift Certificates /Gift Card .
  

Redeeming Gift Certificate/Gift Card

• Gift Certificates /Gift Cards are only redeemable at Unique U Day Spa for the amount or service specified on the Gift certificates / Gift Cards, by the expiration date indicated.
  

• Unique U Day Spa reserves the right to convert service-based Gift Certificates /Gift Cards to their cash value, equivalent to what was paid for the Gift Certificates /Gift Cards, at its option and sole discretion.
  

• Any unused balance of the Gift Certificates /Gift Cards will remain until redeemed or the original expiration date indicated on the Gift Certificates /Gift Cards, whichever occurs first.
  

• If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the Gift Certificates /Gift Cards, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.
  

• For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the Gift Certificates /Gift Cards.
  

• Use and redemption of our Gift Certificates /Gift Cards are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  

• Unique U Day Spa, its agents and vendors, may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Certificates /Gift Cards.
  

Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Certificates/Gift Cards

• Unique U Day Spa reserves the right to immediately invalidate Gift Certificates /Gift Cards, without notice
  

  should it receive a credit card chargeback or other form of repudiated payment made towards the Gift Certificate/Gift Cards.

• Unique U Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates /Gift Cards.
  

• Unique U Day Spa reserves the right to dishonor the Gift Certificates /Gift Cards if it reasonably believes the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.
  

• Gift Certificates /Gift Cards are not redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the Gift Certificates /Gift Cards.
  

    Series Of Treatments Return Policy:

• We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa series of treatments that was purchased.  We will exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.
  

   Gratuities:                                                     

• Gratuities are accepted for exceptional services. The average gratuity for a spa service is 17% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment and  accepted cash only. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
