Notes About Membership
Memberships willl expire a year from the date they are purchased. If you would like to cancel your membership before then, then you will be able to do so after 3 months of having your membership.

When you book your appointment it will be booked for 1 hour; however, the actual massage is only 50 minutes while the other 10 minutes is time allotted for consultation and dressing.

The massages that can be redeemed as a membership services are strictly 50 minute massages. If you would like to upgrade to an 80 minute massage there will be an additional charge of $50.

Members will be required to show their membership card as well as their ID.

Membership benefits cannot be shared and membership services cannot be transferred to another person.

Members are required to inform Unique U Salon & Day Spa if there is any change in their credit card or bank info prior to their next payment.You have the entire term of your membership to redeem your prepaid services. If you choose not to redeem them and your membership expires then the services expire as well.

All membership agreements are auto-renewable - your payments will automatically renew on a month to month basis.

Unique U is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen during your visit. We strongly encourage our clients to leave their valuables either at home or in their vehicle.

Unique U Reserves the right to change rules, regulations, and pricing at any time.

Gratuity is not included in the monthly membership fee. Gratuity must be separate cash or check.

All policies pertaining to our services pertain to our membership services as well.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment time will be cut short since we do have other clients waiting.

By having a membership with Unique U, you agree to follow all of our rules and regulations, as well as the rules listed in the membership agreement.

Scheduling an Appointment
When you decide to take advantage of your benefits provided by our membership we recommend that you call us during normal business hours and schedule an appointment. By doing so you will be able to choose your preferred time and therapist. However, Walk-ins are welcome; although, we are unable to guarantee that an appointment will be available.

We do request that you arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment so that you will be able to fill out any forms we have for you, and also so that we can ensure a full massage session.

You can cancel your appointment without any charge if you call within 24 hours of your appointment time.

If you fail to show up for your appointment and do not provide us with any kind of notification then you will be unable to redeem your membership service for that month. If you book another appointment then you will have to pay for the full rate of that service (however, you can use your 10% off discount).

Canceling Your Membership
If for any reason you would like to cancel your membership you must provide us with written notice thirty days prior to your next payment.

Once your membership is canceled you will be unable to redeem any of your membership services, and you cannot use your membership benefits.
