What happens if I arrive late?
Your massage will be cut short. If you do not show up you will not be able to redeem another membership service.

How long does a membership last?
Memberships will expire a year from the date they are purchased; however, they can be canceled after 3 months if you wish to do so.

How do I cancel my membership?
You must provide us with written notice thirty days prior to your next payment in order to cancel membership.

Can I share my membership?
Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared.

What if I'm not satisfied with my service?
We do not give refunds. If you prefer a particular technician you must request them in advance – although it is not guaranteed that they will be available.

Is tip included in the monthly fee?
No, tip is not included. Gratuity is usually 15 - 20% and must be separate cash or check.

Can I upgrade my massage or facial?
If you want to upgrade to an 80 minute massage then there will be an additional $50 charge, and if you want a premium facial then there will be an additional charge of $60.

Can I use next month's credit?
You cannot redeem any membership services in advance -- unless you prepay for all your services.

Can I have a discount on add on services with my membership benefits?
You cannot use your membership discount on any services that involve the services included in your membership. If you use your membership discount it has to be a service different from your membership discount, or any services associated with your membership service.

Can I request a technician?
Yes, you can request a technician; however, we cannot guarantee that they will be available.

How do I use my 10% off benefit?
When you receive services that are not your monthly membership service than you can have 10% taken off of the highest priced service. Also, you can have 10% off any one product that is not on sale.

Can I use more than one discount?
No other discounts can be used together with the membership discount. This includes promotions, military discount, teacher discount, or coupons.

Do I have to book an appointment?
No, you do not have to book an appointment, but we recommend that you do.

What happens if I miss a month?
If you miss a month you can either redeem two of the regular membership services the folllowing month. If the services you receive is something where an additional cost is required then you will still have to pay the additional amount.

Can I get 10% off roll-over services?
No, you cannot get 10% off the services you redeem for missing a month.
