  Q: Why do I need to give you my credit card information to make an appointment?
  A: All clients are required to enter their credit card information. Your credit card number is used to secure your  appointment.

  Q: Will my credit card be charged?
  A: No, your credit card will not be charged when you book your appointment. However, if you do not show up for your appointment and you did not notify the spa 24  hours in advance, the spa reserves the right to charge full amount of the treatment(s) on the credit card you used to book your appointment.

  Q: I'm pregnant.  Is it OK to have a massage?
  A: It is not advisable to have a massage during the first trimester.  During that period we recommend a Swedish Relaxation  Massage .  After the first trimester, we offer prenatal massages.

  Q: Should I tip? What's normal?
  A: Leaving gratuities for work well done seems to be the norm, but of course, it is optional.  Most tips range from 17%-20%  of the price of the service provided.

  Q: Forgot to book waxing. Can I get it done during my facial?
  A: You never know until you ask. Once you get into the room with your esthetician, let her know your needs. If she has time,  she will absolutely accommodate you.

  Q: What is the Point Rewards Program?
  A: The Point Rewards Program is a program in which money is converted into points. For every $20 spent, 100 points are accumulated. For every 1,000 points, you receive $1. When you prebook your next appointment, you receive 1,000 points as well. These points can be turned into discounts, which can than be used towards services or products. however, cannot be used towards gift certificates or packages.

  Q: Are there any side effects I should be concerned about after waxing?
  A: People tend to have different reactions after waxing. There are clients who get folliculitis which is a bacterial infection. Consult with a physician for medication and consider an alternative form of hair removal. Other side effects can be pseudofolliculitis barbae. Most commonly known as razor bumps. The use of salicylic acid products can assist in reducing razor bumps as well as exfoliating the areas.

  Q: What exactly is microdermabrasion?
  A: Microdermabrasion is a procedure in which diamond chips polish away dead skin layers, exposing a healthier you while promoting new growth and improving the appearance of fine lines and winkles, brown spots, scars and acne blemishes.
